Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Dublin is seeking a Senior Cyber & Tech Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. You will support technology and cyber assurance and advisory projects across Europe, assisting the Senior Director, Cyber and Technology Audit.

You will help deliver risk/control insights, support the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 program, and collaborate with process owners and external auditors. A hybrid work model and international travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
• +3 years of experience in IT audit.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel roughly 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of internal audits of technology/cyber, compliance, operational, and financial policies and processes.
• Execute technology/cyber, compliance, and operational testing, document findings, and communicate deficiencies.
• Collaborate with process owners and external auditor to support walkthroughs and testing.
• Support all Internal Audit functions including mill/plant, financial and risk-based audits.
