Job summary

Alldus is seeking a Senior Cyber Portfolio Manager for a major cybersecurity transformation in the Irish market. The role delivers leadership, governance and delivery oversight across a broad portfolio of cyber initiatives.

You will engage with Cyber Security leadership, Technology, Risk and Executive Management, building trust with senior stakeholders and providing strategic direction in a complex regulatory environment.

A client of Alldus is undertaking a significant cybersecurity transformation agenda and requires an experienced Senior Cyber Portfolio Manager to provide leadership, oversight and governance across a broad portfolio of cyber initiatives.

This role requires a highly credible professional who can quickly establish trust with senior stakeholders while providing robust challenge, strategic guidance and delivery oversight.

You will act as a key interface between Cyber Security leadership, Technology teams, Risk functions and Executive Management.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have:

• Led enterprise-scale cyber portfolios within banking or financial services
• Worked closely with CISOs, CIOs and executive steering committees
• Managed complex technology, resilience, risk or regulatory programmes
• Strong portfolio governance and investment management experience
• A calm, influential and pragmatic communication style
• The ability to navigate challenging stakeholder environments without disrupting established relationships
