Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

Location: Shannon

Salary: 45-50k, depending on experience

Working hours: 8.30 – 5.00pm mon – thurs, 8.30-4.00pm fri (39 hour week)

This is a permanent contract with hybrid working after 6 months.

I have partnered with our client in Shannon who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to join their established Customer Service team.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues affecting customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
