  • Price leakage tracking: Audit historical sales data to identify and address discounting behaviors, margin discrepancies, and unapproved price exceptions.
  • Compliance and governance: Ensure adherence to corporate margin policy, price consistency, license requirements, LOA, NDAs, high-risk part controls, and related pricing standards.
  • Customer expertise: Build knowledge of assigned accounts, end-customer relationships, customer ecosystems, and pricing history.
  • Value-based pricing support: Support bundle pricing, system/software pricing, rebates, and other value-based pricing approaches.
  • Cross-functional execution: Present pricing insights in strategy discussions and partner with Sales to develop effective pricing structures for future opportunities.
  • KPI tracking and success matrix adherence: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the pricer success matrix and adhere to defined KPI expectations to support consistent execution, accountability, pricing discipline, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills, And Preferred Experience

  • Applications from recent graduates are welcome: We are open to candidates who are early in their careers but demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for pricing and commercial analysis, along with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Business acumen: Ability to connect pricing decisions to customer growth, gross margin, free cash flow, and account strategy.
