Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to oversee civil, structural and architectural works on a major Data Centre project in Drogheda. You will lead multiple subcontractors within a programme-driven environment, ensuring delivery to safety, quality and schedule targets.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to manage interfaces across civil, structural, architectural and mechanical-electrical packages.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in CSA construction management or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural interfaces and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA construction works across the project and ensure delivery against master programme.
• Coordinate CSA Site Managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental performance across all CSA activities.
• Oversee inspections, testing, snagging and handover documentation for CSA works.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain effective client and design-team relationships.
