Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to join its global Corporate Legal Affairs team in Dublin. The role leads the development of group legal strategy and oversees complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, across the blockchain ecosystem.

The successful candidate will provide governance guidance, draft critical documents, mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, with work-from-home arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with 8+ years PQE in corporate law and M&A.
• Experience at a top law firm or in-house at a high-growth company with corporate transactional focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop group legal strategy for Binance’s global corporate affairs.
• Manage complex corporate transactions including M&A and joint ventures.
• Provide robust legal advice on governance and reorganisations within the blockchain ecosystem.
• Draft legal documents, mitigate downside risks, and partner with cross-functional teams globally.
