Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in Ireland to provide practical legal advice across employment, commercial, and corporate matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, safeguarding the business and guiding key initiatives in a commercially minded way.

The role is mainly remote with on-site presence required during the first week, and offers exposure to a broad range of employment issues, contract reviews, and governance activities within a dynamic organisation.

Qualifications

• PQE of five years as a solicitor in Ireland.
• Strong employment law expertise and complex workplace experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice across employment, commercial, and corporate matters.
• Support HR and business leaders through disciplinary processes and investigations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Assist with governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
