Gibney Hogan LLP in Dublin is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate or Partner to join its growing corporate practice. The role offers a clear path to partnership for the right individual and involves advising on mergers, reorganisations, and corporate finance for a broad client base.

You will lead complex transactions, manage key client relationships with minimal supervision, and contribute to business development and strategic growth while working in a modern, entrepreneurial firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' PQE in a leading corporate or commercial firm.
• Strong technical and transactional experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, VC/PE investments, corporate finance.
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating transaction and commercial documentation.
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, investors and corporate clients across sectors.
• Ambition and leadership potential with a view to progression to partnership.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused, practical and technically excellent legal advice.
• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions from inception to completion.
• Manage files and client relationships with minimal supervision.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of corporate and commercial documentation.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Generate new and repeat business through exceptional client service.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth of the firm.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding results for clients.
