Job summary

A main contractor in the Greater Dublin area is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a pharmaceutical project. This senior role requires a degree in Construction Management or a related field along with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing contracts in the mission critical sector. Responsibilities include coordination with design teams, project management from tender submission to handover, and quality oversight across multiple projects. Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects.
• Thorough knowledge of project management and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor construction drawings and specifications.
• Work with the design team to create project programmes.
• Manage projects from tender to handover.
• Report to and support the Director and client.
• Represent the company on site with timely progress updates.
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure quality of work.

Strong experience in pharma or data centre experience

High-level reporting

Effective management of site programme

Excellent IT skills

Good digital and visual presentational skills

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
