Job description

Our Client, an established Construction Consultancy firm is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Consulting PM with 7+ years client side / consultancy experience to lead out on delivery large projects across Ireland.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise, control and resource projects to ensure successful execution of project
2. Oversee Consultant procurement and deployment within a public and private sector framework
3. Coordinate the Development Budgets, with inputs from the Project Team, for Client approval
4. Act as Employer’s Agent for administration of consultants and appointments
5. Develop and facilitate effective communication between teams
6. Protect the Client’s interests, under various procurement and contracting strategies
7. Take appropriate measures via VM/VE during the various stages of the project cycle

Essential Experience

1. 7 + Years Post Qualification Experience
2. Degree or Higher in Project Management / Construction Management / Civil or Structural Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Architecture
3. Member of Association of Project Management or Similar
4. Public Procurement – beneficial
5. Public Works Contracts
6. Construction & Design Methodologies/Processes
