Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Manager to lead the testing strategy across multiple business lines within the Testing Center of Excellence.

You will drive regulatory-aligned decisions, strengthen controls, and bolster the firm's compliance and operational risk posture. The role requires deep expertise in risk management, control evaluation, and strong stakeholder engagement with senior management and regulators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex testing initiatives in financial services or similar.
• Proven track record in developing/testing strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
• Expertise in risk management and control evaluation, identifying gaps and driving remediation.
• Advanced project management skills with a history of delivering results.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior stakeholders and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
• Oversee assessment of the control environment, identify gaps, verify effectiveness, and drive remediation.
• Manage complex testing initiatives with strong project management to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Apply risk management knowledge to make decisions that protect the firm and comply with regulations.
• Foster relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating strategies and outcomes and addressing issues.
