Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Lead to strengthen testing in the Testing Center of Excellence. You will design and execute tests, identify control gaps, and drive remediation across functions, coordinating with multiple departments to maintain a rigorous control environment.

In this role you will plan and organize your work, potentially lead a team, and ensure tests align with the firm’s highest risk priorities and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executing and managing testing processes within a professional or specialized field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and systematic evaluation.
• Proven ability to perform assessments of the control environment and verify controls.
• Experience coordinating activities across departments and potentially leading a team.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle.

• Conduct comprehensive testing processes, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time while aligning with risk priorities.
• Utilize analytical thinking to identify control coverage gaps and verify controls are properly designed and implemented.
