Job summary

CoinJar Europe Limited is seeking a senior compliance leader to design, implement and oversee AML/CTF and regulatory compliance across the EU. The role reports to the Board and combines strategic advice with hands-on governance and risk management within a dynamic, global platform.

Ideal candidates will have AML/CTF leadership experience in regulated financial services or crypto businesses, and will oversee regulatory engagements, risk assessments and remediation efforts, including PCF‑12/PCF‑52

Qualifications

• Experience in building or implementing compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring programmes.
• Experience managing regulatory findings and remediation.
• Understanding of European regulatory environment.
• Ability to obtain PCF-12 & PCF 52 approvals from Central Bank of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CoinJar Europe’s AML/CTF & Compliance framework.
• Provide strategic and operational compliance guidance to the Board.
• Manage day‑to‑day compliance and AML functions and reporting.
