Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead end-to-end DevOps activities across our platform. You will own CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and deployment automation, applying best practices across environments to ensure stability and rapid delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Jenkins, Argo CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and Helm, plus scripting skills and a strong security mindset to support DevSecOps initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of security practices in CI/CD and infrastructure security.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to implement and maintain Helm charts and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo CD
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Ensure smooth and stable production releases across environments
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for application deployment
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability across environments
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
• Lead DevOps activities including build, deployment, and environment management
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
• Develop understanding of the business domain to align technical solutions with needs
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations
• Drive continuous improvement and DevOps best practices
• Apply security best practices across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
• Ensure secure configurations and access control
• Support DevSecOps initiatives and compliance requirements
