Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Sr. DevSecOps Engineer to support a large-scale, GCP-native and Azure-connected enterprise environment.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, provision GCP resources, manage IAM and SSO, and drive DevSecOps compliance across multiple teams. You will also lead observability, data integration, and production operations, collaborating with Security, Data Governance, Network and application engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, platform, or SRE roles in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with GCP (GKE, Cloud Build, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, GCS, Composer, Dataproc, Secret Manager, IAM, VPC)
• 5+ years designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• 3+ years infrastructure as code with Terraform across multi-environment GCP deployments.
• Hands-on with ArgoCD or equivalent GitOps tooling for Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Proficiency in Workload Identity Federation (WIF) and GCP service account management.
• Experience configuring Ping Identity SAML/OIDC SSO integrations in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Snyk Open Source and Wiz for vulnerability management and remediation.
• Experience managing GCP IAM, AD groups, BigQuery permissions, and Secret Manager.

Responsibilities

• GCP Infrastructure & GKE provisioning across projects and environments.
• Configure WIF bindings and environment-specific resources (Dev to Production).
• Manage Terraform IaC and enforce best practices across environments.
• IAM, SSO, and access management; coordinate with SSO teams.
• Configure SAML/OIDC SSO integrations and login flows.
• Observability, monitoring, and cost management (Grafana, Prometheus).
• CI/CD workflow development with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Production readiness, incident triage, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
• Security risk governance and evidence collection for compliance.
