Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is seeking a Solution Architect/Principal Engineer to design, build, and evolve cloud‑based software systems across our aviation platforms. You will lead delivery teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and plan incremental releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect/Principal Engineer.
• IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical thinking.
• Experience with large applications and databases.
• Experience in system integration (APIs, middleware, data flows).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Drive technical excellence within engineering teams.
• Aviation, aerospace, or heavy engineering familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve cloud‑based software systems across platforms.
• Lead delivery teams, mentor engineers and unblock blockers.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and plan delivery.
• Promote CI/CD, automated testing, observability and performance optimisation。
