Job summary

PE Global Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Fingal, Dublin, delivering person-centred psychological supports for adults with intellectual disabilities. The role emphasizes Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and mental health within a collaborative service.

The successful candidate will lead psychology services, conduct specialist assessments, and contribute to service development and clinical innovation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, PSI accredited or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience with adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Experience in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and/or mental health.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver psychology services in line with professional standards and best practice.
• Provide specialist psychological assessments, interventions and clinical consultations.
• Promote and support Positive Behaviour Support approaches across services.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families and support staff.
• Contribute to clinical leadership, service development and colleague support.
• Promote evidence-based, person-centred approaches across the organisation.
• Support continuous improvement and development of high-quality clinical services.
