Job summary

Prosper Group, based in Swords, Co. Dublin, seeks a Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead psychology services and deliver specialist assessments across adult intellectual disabilities. The role requires a doctorate and minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, supporting Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and mental health initiatives. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PSI accredited or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
• Experience in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and/or mental health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Full clean drivers licence and access to a car

Location: Swords, Co. Dublin (with travel across North County Dublin & County Meath) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary scale: €97,978 - €115,166 Hours: 37 hours per week At Prosper Group, we support adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives within their communities. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Clinical Services team and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, person-centred psychological supports across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is passionate about intellectual disability, Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, and mental health, and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
