E‑Frontiers in Ireland is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil works on major infrastructure projects. This site-based role is in Maynooth and offers exposure to technically demanding environments, with a clear path for long-term career progression while prioritising safety, quality and delivery.

You will oversee coordination with subcontractors and site teams, ensure design compliance, manage progress, and address technical challenges in groundworks, drainage and utilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineer on large-scale construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent understanding of civil works including groundworks, drainage, utilities, and site development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate civil engineering works across large-scale construction projects.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with design specifications, quality standards, and project programmes.
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and support project delivery objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
