Unknown company in Ireland is recruiting a Senior Civil Engineer to take ownership of civil projects and drive technical excellence across a diverse portfolio in Ireland. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, buildable solutions.

You'll oversee feasibility through construction, working on drainage, highways and infrastructure, with a flexible hybrid working model and opportunities for technical development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer, ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership.
• Strong experience in civil engineering design, particularly drainage and infrastructure.
• Experience with drainage networks, SuDS, water distribution, flood risk, highways, pavements and earthworks.
• Proficiency with MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Good communication skills and experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering civil engineering designs across all project stages.
• Providing technical expertise across drainage, highways, SuDS, flood risk and infrastructure design.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team.
• Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, practical and buildable solutions.
• Carrying out site inspections, preparing technical reports and managing project risks.
