Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital Workspace Senior Consultant in Ireland to lead end-to-end Digital Workspace projects with Citrix as the core stack. This client-facing role requires deep technical design and delivery expertise.

You will own delivery from pre-sales through project closure, collaborating with PMs and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope outcomes. The position is hybrid, offering exposure to modern EUC technologies and enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience delivering Citrix solutions in project environments.
• Background in professional services and project delivery.
• Ability to own technical delivery and work independently.
• Experience engaging with customer stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Digital Workspace projects
• Act as the primary technical authority for Citrix-based solutions
• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and to scope
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders, providing trusted technical guidance
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including discovery, solution design, and SoW input
• Produce high-quality design, implementation, and handover documentation
• Ensure solutions are delivered in line with professional services best practices
