• Senior counselling and psychotherapy service experience.
• Ability to manage a clinical caseload with risk assessment.
• Experience in AMBIT-informed practice and trauma-informed care.

• Formulate and implement intervention plans with young people and families.
• Contribute to clinical governance, risk management and service planning.
