Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor kitchen areas with Head Chef.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist Head Chef with development of local and seasonal specials.
• Develop and standardise SOPs; assist in recipe costing.
• Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets high standards.
• Maintain consistency in preparation, portioning and presentation.
• Support and train culinary team members.
• Foster a positive, professional kitchen environment.
