Job summary

Archer, a leading investment management organisation, is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer to design and deliver scalable software for core trading and risk systems. You will own technical direction and help shape the platform with real influence across critical investment workflows.

You will lead from the front, drive architecture decisions, and mentor engineers while enjoying a flexible hybrid work setting and daily rate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in C#/.NET, SQL and Python.
• Commercial background in financial, banking, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable C#/.NET solutions across full lifecycle.
• Own technical direction with engineers' voices heard.
• Influence architecture and roadmap across trading, risk, portfolio management, reconciliation, pricing, and reporting.
• Maintain high performance, observability, security, and reliability.
