Job summary

E‑Frontiers, a well-established Irish engineering and manufacturing business, is expanding its procurement team and seeking a Senior Buyer to own key categories and supplier relationships. You'll manage day‑to‑day sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, plus procurement schedules for major projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget adherence while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality and Management.

3–5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial environments are preferred,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' procurement or buying experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, modular or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of M&E materials; electrical procurement experience would be advantageous.
• Confident negotiating with suppliers and experienced in RFQs, quotation analysis and competitive tendering.
• Comfortable using ERP/procurement systems and Excel for purchasing, spend analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A well-established Irish engineering and manufacturing business specialising in bespoke construction and industrial solutions is expanding its procurement team and is looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to join the business.

This is a hands-on Senior Buyer role with ownership of key categories, supplier relationships and project procurement schedules. You'll work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Management to ensure materials and components are sourced competitively and delivered on time and on budget.
