Job description
Overview

Lynott Jewellery is a fast-growing, female-founded Irish brand redefining how people shop jewellery. With four thriving concessions in Brown Thomas Arnotts and a rapidly scaling e-commerce business, they’re bold, service-led, and proudly collaborate with some of Ireland’s most influential tastemakers. As a small but ambitious team, they thrive in a fast-paced, start-up culture where every decision has impact.

They’re now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Buyer to take charge of their product strategy and help drive Lynott into its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of the brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end buying process: forecasting, budgeting, and range planning.

  • Spot and interpret jewellery and fashion trends, ensuring their collections stay ahead of the curve.

  • Analyse sales and stock data, using insights to shape future ranges and maximise performance.

  • Partner with marketing to deliver campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations.

  • Manage stock flow and inventory across concessions, e-commerce, and fulfilment centres.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and support new product development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ buying experience in fashion, jewellery, or accessories.

  • A sharp eye for design, detail, and trends with proven commercial success.

  • Strong experience managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.

  • Excel and reporting skills that turn data into decisions.
