Job summary

eir business talent in Dublin is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a day-rate contract based in Dublin 1. This hybrid role requires 3 days on site per week and offers exposure to a range of strategic technology and finance projects.

The successful candidate will lead workshops, document requirements, support solution design, and contribute to testing, implementation and BAU transition, across system transformation, data migration, procurement activity and CRM enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ Business Analyst experience
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services, investment management, banking or another regulated environment
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Proven background in large-scale system transformation, procurement or migration programmes
• Experience supporting UAT, implementation, training material development and post-go-live support
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, ICT teams and external vendors
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, portfolio management systems or investment platforms would be highly beneficial
• Relevant degree or professional certification in Business Analysis, Finance, Technology or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, document requirements and support solution design across business and technical teams

We arecurrently looking to speak with an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a contract role with a leading organisation in the financial services sector.

This is a senior-level position supporting a portfolio of strategic technology, business application and process improvement initiatives. The role will suit a strong BA who can operate across business and technical teams, lead workshops, document requirements, support solution design, and contribute to testing, implementation and BAU transition.

The successful candidate will support key initiatives across system transformation, vendor onboarding, data migration, procurement/RFT activity, Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancements, process optimisation and governance improvements.

Key experience required:
