Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to set the visual standard across Kraken Consumer and Krak. You’ll design static 2D work and simple 3D assets for launches and campaigns, build scalable design systems in Figma, and extend the brand across organic and paid surfaces.

You’ll work with Cinema 4D or Blender for lightweight 3D pieces and contribute to reusable templates. You will report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, and operate as a senior IC with ownership of craft,

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating brand and static design work, including at least one simple 3D piece
• Strong knowledge of Figma components, auto layout, and design systems
• Ability to design across multiple formats and languages while maintaining brand consistency
• Experience with AI-assisted production tools and integration into workflows
• Comfort working within regulatory constraints and including risk/disclaimer layouts

Responsibilities

• Design static 2D creative and simple 3D assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak launches and campaigns
• Create simple 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender using ready-made models
• Extend the Kraken Consumer brand across social, lifecycle, and web contexts
• Build scalable systems: Figma libraries, templates, and modular campaign kits
• Collaborate with motion, web, performance, and AI video teams to ensure cohesive output
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain a high craft bar across all work
