Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Ireland seeks a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst to lead the intelligence function focused on cryptocurrency hacks and security incidents.

You will own end-to-end response from detection to reporting, integrating blockchain intelligence, cyber threat analysis, incident response, and applied AI. You will coordinate a small contractor team across time zones, support rapid customer communications during critical incidents, and drive research and publications to disrupt illicit

Qualifications

• 5+ years in blockchain intelligence or related field.
• Experience owning high-stakes incident response and reporting.
• Strong blockchain tracing across Bitcoin, EVM, TRON, Solana.
• Understanding of DeFi exploits and attacker behavior.
• Experience applying AI to analytical workflows with human oversight.
• Experience managing contractors or leading a small team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead response to major hacks and coordinate investigations and reporting.
• Ensure hacks are identified and communicated to customers promptly.
• Maintain hack intelligence with details like addresses and amounts.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to trace funds across blockchains.
• Develop AI-assisted tools and workflows for hack analysis.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and publish technical research.
• Manage contractors and coordinate team rhythms across time zones.
• Collaborate with teams in intelligence, investigations, data science, engineering, and comms.
