Senior BIM Engineer - Tralee

John Sisk & Son are delighted to be working on cutting-edge development projects. As an experienced BIM Engineer, you will work on exciting and innovative projects, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to generate coordination plans while ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

1. Working on MEP coordination
2. Collaborating closely with tenders, bids, temporary works, site, and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM Models
3. Hosting coordination meetings
4. Supporting the project team by understanding their contractual obligations and conducting regular onsite walk-throughs, with proper reporting
5. Supporting the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and digital implementation strategies
6. Reviewing and validating Project Information Models (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors

Requirements

• Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with MS Office
• At least 3 years’ experience utilizing Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects (VFP), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
