The role focuses on producing compliant, commercially sound bids and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple internal and external parties. A strong background in civil engineering and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Experience in a similar senior bid role.
• Strong commercial understanding and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent communication with staff and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender teams and manage end‑to‑end bid processes.
• Prepare and review commercial elements of bids and prices.
• Manage client/supplier relationships and bid risks.
• Lead post‑bid reviews and lessons learned.
