The Moriarty Group is an Irish owned company involved in both the Retail Grocery and Hospitality Industries. The company's portfolio currently comprises of three large SuperValu Supermarkets and two 4* Hotels, the Bracken Court Hotel and the Court Yard Hotel.

We are seeking to recruit experienced, professional and enthusiastic Senior Bartenders to join our team at the Court Yard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The Role:

This is a full-time position, working an average of 42.5 to 45 hours per week - 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays. A very competitive salary/rates will apply to this position, depending on experience.

Main Duties:

• Working closely with the hotel's Food & Beverage Manager on the day to day operations of the busy bar service.
• Taking a leading role in the bar while on duty.
• Taking an active role in the development of the bar/bar trade.
• Ensuring service standards are being delivered within the bars while on duty.
• Working behind the bar/preparing drinks.
• General bar service duties.
• Training and development of junior staff.
• Working in conjunction with the Hotel's Food & Beverage service team.
• Bar food service duties.
• Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.
• HACCP/Hygiene duties.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years experience as a Senior Bartender.
• Must be enthusiastic and have great customer focus.
• Must be able to develop more junior team members.
• Have a leadership presence within the bar.
• Must be available to work late nights and weekend shifts.
• Must have a good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range.
