Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure, managed services or cloud ops.
- Hands-on Azure production administration.
- Experience with on-premises VMware/Commvault.
- ITIL practices in a managed service environment.
- Strong communication with customers, technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior Azure administration and infrastructure support across multiple managed service customers.
- Act as an escalation point for Azure, Windows, identity, networking, monitoring, backup and infrastructure incidents.
- Troubleshoot issues, design practical solutions and implement service improvements.
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the Platform Azure team.
