Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Cork, Ireland is seeking an experienced Hedge Fund Accounting professional to lead the team responsible for delivering accurate fund valuations and client reporting. You will review daily, weekly and month-end valuations, manage service standards and drive process improvements.

With 3–4 years in hedge fund accounting and supervisory experience, you will be adept with complex OTC derivatives, MS Office, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in Hedge Fund Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
• Advanced knowledge in complex OTC derivatives.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance of Fund Accounting service delivery to assigned clients.
• Review, approve and assist with daily, weekly and month-end valuations.
• Manage team service standards and deadlines.
• Resolve complex transactions by interpreting policies and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within the team.
• Oversee governance of Fund accounting processes.
• Proactive client relationship management and SLA adherence.
• Review KPI/SLA reporting to ensure client expectations are met.
