Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead the Internal Audit and SoX programme, combining hands-on controls testing with broader advisory work. You will own complex deliverables, act as a technical reference, and collaborate with a US-based global team.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit, and have exposure to senior stakeholders while growing in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that values flexibility and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Internal Audit; SoX or risk & controls role with growing autonomy.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) obtained or near completion.
• Strong knowledge of IT controls, business processes and risk-based testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits across operational, financial and IT domains.
• Execute SoX testing cycles with strong documentation and minimal oversight.
• Identify control gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track management action plans and ensure timely closure.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
