Job summary

MUFG is seeking a Senior Associate Director of Third Party Management to lead governance of third-party and outsourcing arrangements across the group and regulated entities. You will oversee risk-based due diligence, onboarding, approvals, renewals and exit planning, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT Security, Procurement and governance fora to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Primary level degree in business, finance, accounting, law or risk-related field.
• Desirable professional qualifications in risk, audit, compliance, procurement or outsourcing governance.
• At least 6 years’ experience in fund administration, financial services or a regulated industry.
• Significant experience in third-party management, outsourcing governance and supplier risk.
• Experience preparing materials for senior management, boards and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's third-party management and outsourcing framework enhancements.
• Provide senior challenge and decision support on risk acceptance and oversight.
• Coordinate risk-based due diligence, onboarding, approvals and renewals for third-party arrangements.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance, escalation and remediation of issues.
• Maintain third-party inventories and management information for regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate responses to internal audits, regulatory requests and reviews.
• Lead and develop TPM staff and promote a controls culture across the lifecycle.
