MSD Ireland at Ballydine is seeking an Asset Reliability Engineer (Senior Specialist) to lead a comprehensive reliability program for all critical assets. You will drive predictive maintenance, RCAs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency across site operations.

Ideal candidates will have a engineering degree, 3+ years in reliability or maintenance, and strong knowledge of GMP and SAP Plant Maintenance systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering/technical discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification advantageous.
• 3+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience.
• Robust knowledge of GMP/EHS guidelines, legislation, and computerized Plant Maintenance systems (e.g., SAP).
• Experience with API plant equipment, systems and utilities desirable.
• Strong understanding of reliability methodologies (RCM, FMECA, RBAM) and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a reliability program for all critical assets at Ballydine.
• Engineer solutions to repetitive failures and drive safety, quality, cost, and regulatory compliance improvements.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance management, and technical personnel.
