Job summary

Lumen Search is partnering with an international design-led Architectural practice to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist in Ireland. You will oversee complex projects across all lifecycle stages and contribute to delivering high-quality designs on time.

Site-based experience is highly beneficial, and strong communication is essential. You will mentor junior team members, assume client-facing responsibilities, and ensure BIM delivery using Revit.

Qualifications

• BSc. (hons) in Architectural Technology or similar required.
• 5+ years’ experience in architecture.
• Experience in an Irish architectural practice environment.
• Experience in all phases of the architectural design process.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects across all lifecycle stages.
• Mentor junior team members and lead client-facing activities.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure BIM delivery.
