Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required with active registration or eligibility.
• Strong expertise in architecture and architectural design for complex commercial projects.
• Proven project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with BIM workflows and coordination across platforms.
• Knowledge of Ireland and EU building codes and regulations is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Dublin. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design on complex commercial and mixed-use projects, from concept development and feasibility studies through detailed design and construction documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring design quality, technical rigor, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. The role involves overseeing planning and permitting processes, reviewing drawings and specifications, and supporting contract administration and site supervision. The Senior Architect will also mentor junior team members, contribute to continuous improvement of design and delivery processes, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including leading complex commercial projects from concept to completion.

• Proven Project Management skills, with experience in scheduling, resource coordination, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to digital design tools, BIM workflows, and coordination across platforms.
• Professional degree in Architecture (or equivalent) and professional registration/chartership (or eligibility) in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, or similar), and strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Ireland and the EU.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, work effectively with clients, and present design concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
• Experience with commercial, office, residential, industrial, or transport infrastructure projects is highly beneficial; fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
