Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Senior Process Commercialisation Engineer at their manufacturing site in Ireland. The role focuses on integrating development, scale-up, technology transfer and commercial manufacture.

You will lead new product introductions, optimise chemical API processes, support campaigns and drive cross-functional collaborations with global R&D, regulatory and environmental teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical API manufacturing or process development.
• Strong knowledge of chemical API processing and scale-up.
• Experience with commercialisation, NPI or technology transfer.
• A track record of solving complex technical/manufacturing problems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.

I’m currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation with the appointment of a Senior Process Commercialisation Engineer at their manufacturing site in Ireland.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced API process engineer / process development professional who enjoys working at the point where process development, scale-up, technology transfer and commercial manufacturing come together.

The role will play a key part in bringing new products and technologies into commercial manufacture, as well as supporting transfers to and from the site.

Key areas of responsibility include:
