Job summary

Version 1 in Ireland seeks an experienced Angular Developer to join a large public sector delivery team. You will contribute to frontend design, implement responsive UIs and collaborate with designers, analysts and engineers to meet business requirements.

Requirements include 5+ years in software development, experience with C#/.Net/Java, RESTful APIs and TDD. The role offers flexible/remote working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in C#/.Net/Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience using testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Experience working within a structured software development environment.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience deploying or supporting applications on Tomcat, WebLogic or JBoss.
• Experience working within public sector environments.
• Experience contributing to front-end architecture discussions.
• Experience mentoring team members or supporting knowledge sharing activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications using Angular.
• Support the design and implementation of front-end architecture.
• Deliver project components in line with agreed functional requirements.
• Work from technical designs and specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing and support wider system testing activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
