We are seeking a Senior Analytical Manager to lead an injectable analytical group, develop and validate methods, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, drive technical standards, and support complex injectable product development.

The role emphasizes leadership, method development, regulatory alignment, and quality data excellence within a collaborative R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; postgraduate qualifications advantageous
• Experience leading others and delivering results
• Ability to set clear goals and track progress
• Experience managing resources and budgets
• Development and training of team members
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Excel/Office tools

Responsibilities

• Build and structure the analytical team; supervise, coach, and develop staff
• Set technical standards aligned with FDA/EMA; drive method development and validation
• Provide expert input on peptide characterization and impurity profiling
• Support formulation/process development; set shelf-life specifications per ICH
• Champion Right First Time quality data and Lean Lab practices
• Ensure EHS and GMP compliance; collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams
