Job summary

Luzern eCommerce is seeking a talented Mid Weight Designer to join our Content team. Reporting to the Content Operations Manager, you will support content optimisation projects for high-profile clients across marketplaces (primarily Amazon) and manage design projects.

You will use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, produce assets from concept to final artwork, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with copywriters and other designers in a fast-growing eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing for Amazon (A+ content, Storefronts, PDP imagery).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (3+ years).
  • Experience producing content for digital or e-commerce platforms.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to visual detail, layout, and brand alignment.
  • Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct or support training sessions in Adobe Creative Suite for the team.
  • Define overall content strategies for our clients and provide feedback on designs and copy created.

We are looking for a talented and conceptual Mid Weight Designer to bolster our Content team. Reporting to the Content Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them with content optimisation projects, for multiple high-profile clients, across a range of marketplaces (primarily Amazon). You will also need to be comfortable managing design projects. We are looking for someone who does more than just execute briefs; we need a strategic thinker who considers how Marketplace assets function across different cultures and markets, all while maintaining brand integrity.

You will be naturally motivated and eager to learn. You'll work alongside other designers and copywriters. You'll produce assets for e-commerce, from concept through to final artwork, as well as contributing to the growth of the Luzern's Content offering. You'll be proactive and well organised, showcasing your capabilities to problem solve design issues working independently and collaboratively, while being adept at handling tight deadlines, across multiple projects, in a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce digital creative assets, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the desire to understand brands and accurately represent them on marketplaces. An interest in E-Commerce & marketplace industry trends will be beneficial.

You will be an integral part of the team, bringing new ideas and expertise that helps evolve the Content team.
