Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior, customer-facing technical leader to guide enterprise AI voice deployments from architecture to production. You will own post-sales engagements across EMEA, working with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to craft scalable solutions.

The role blends architecture, hands-on engineering, technical consulting, and Tier-3 troubleshooting, with a remote, international and fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Production-quality software development in at least one language (Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
• Hands-on cloud, containerization, and orchestration experience.
• Secure network design and API-driven systems expertise.
• Ownership of complex post-sales initiatives including deployments and incident response.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into architectures and plans.
• Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise security reviews.
• Experience with speech recognition, TTS, or voice agents integrating LLMs is valued.
• Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
• Comfort working remotely from Germany or another eligible EMEA location with overlapping hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise deployments for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice technologies.
• Own post-sales technical success for assigned EMEA customers, enabling stable production deployments.
• Act as Tier-3 escalation point; perform root-cause analysis and develop durable fixes.
• Design reference architectures and reusable implementation patterns for contact centers and AI agents.
• Build samples, scripts, and tools to simplify customer implementations.
• Support pre-sales discovery and proof-of-concept engagements with technical plans and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
• Develop runbooks, playbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge assets for regional scale.
• Participate in regional on-call rotations and maintain service expectations.
• Coordinate with global teams across EMEA, Americas, and APAC for coverage.
• Travel 10–20% within the region for critical milestones.
