Job summary

Dell Technologies in Ireland seeks an AI Security Engineer, Senior Advisor to join the Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations team. You will help secure Dell's AI and identity/access management infrastructure, partnering with stakeholders and vendors to build secure AI systems.

You will research emerging security concepts, design controls, and contribute to shaping the organisation's security strategy for AI workloads. This is a senior advisory role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years securing or administering enterprise public cloud environments.
• Interest and aptitude to grow into AI security.
• Working knowledge of cloud security principles and IAM concepts.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell or similar languages and working with REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure cloud infrastructure supporting AI workloads with auditability.
• Design and implement security controls across AI pipelines, model endpoints, and data stores.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to build secure architectures for AI use cases.
• Support incident response for AI systems by analyzing logs, API activity, and data access patterns.
