Job summary

Mastercard Foundry R&D seeks a Senior AI Product Builder to turn opportunities into working, high‑fidelity AI products. You’ll design and build in the same motion, using modern web tech and AI agents to create clickable experiences in days, not weeks.

You’ll own the defined product scope, collaborate with product leads, CX, and engineering, and contribute to reusable patterns and tooling that scale AI‑enabled solutions across Mastercard teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into testable products.
• Experience designing high‑fidelity user experiences and tests with real users.
• Strong front‑end engineering foundation; able to build realistic prototypes with modern web tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product experience, user flows, interactions, visuals and working build.
• Design and build AI‑enabled applications and agentic workflows from concept to validation.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes using front‑end tech and AI‑assisted development tools.
