The role emphasizes applied machine learning, model evaluation, and building reusable assets to scale AI impact across payments and financial services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production.
• Experience solving predictive modelling problems such as forecasting, propensity modelling, and customer analytics.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through ML.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deploy data science solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML solutions that solve high-impact business problems.
• Define modelling approaches, experimentation methodologies, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Apply foundation-model embeddings and modern ML techniques to improve model performance.
• Drive projects from problem definition through deployment and impact assessment.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark new approaches against existing solutions.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to identify opportunities.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists with technical guidance.
