Job summary

FindingVega is expanding its applied AI capabilities and building production‑ready GenAI features. This remote‑first role is based in Ireland, focusing on deploying AI powered features into production and building agent style workflows.

You’ll design pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure for embeddings, retrieval patterns, and LangChain‑style components, while evaluating production agents and integrating LLMs into core systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in applied AI engineering and GenAI-powered product development.
• Experience with GenAI systems in production.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS ideal).
• Comfortable working with embeddings and retrieval-augmented patterns.
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.

The Company

RegTech company who are expanding their applied AI capabilities and building out a new generation of production‑ready AI features.

The Role

This is an applied AI engineering role with a strong software engineering core. You’ll work on AI‑powered features that go into production, from building agent style workflows to integrating LLM components into core systems. You’ll design/build the pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure… embeddings, retrieval patterns, orchestration frameworks etc (LangChain style tooling), and evaluation methods for production agents.

It’s a remote first company, but you’ll need to be based in Ireland.

The Person

• 7+ years’ experience, and experience building GenAI‑powered products.
• Experience with GenAI systems in production.
