Job summary

ACCPRO, a multinational SaaS company, is seeking a Credit Controller to join its Finance team. Reporting to Finance Controller, you will own the credit control function and support month-end close, VAT returns, and audit prep.

You’ll use automated credit control and AI tools to enhance efficiency and shape processes as the group grows. This is a hands-on role with opportunity to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit control roles, incl. multi-currency and intercompany transactions.
• Experience in SaaS or technology environment is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable with finance systems and automated tools; interest in AI-enabled processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities across entities.

Responsibilities

• Own full credit control process across multiple entities and monitor aged debt.
• Manage collections with reminders, statements and escalations; improve processes.
• Leverage AI tools to draft communications and summarise ledgers.
• Process and reconcile payments; resolve billing queries with Account Managers.
• Prepare aged debtor and cash collection reports for management.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate appropriately.
• Support month-end close and broader finance activities.
