Job summary

Innatera seeks a Senior Compiler Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of its next-generation compiler framework for AI accelerators. You will design, implement, and optimize compilers to enable advanced network topologies and higher chip efficiency.

As a core member of the SDK team, you will partner with algorithm, architecture, and hardware groups to translate requirements into performant compiler solutions and contribute knowledge to drive industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
• Solid knowledge of neural networks and common architectures.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with compiler frameworks for neural networks (MLIR/TVM).
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and performance optimization.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and test new ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the compiler for next-gen AI accelerator architectures.
• Collaborate with SDK, algorithm, architecture, and hardware teams to gather requirements.
• Provide feedback to hardware engineers to refine architectural designs.
• Stay at the forefront of neural network compiler technologies and share practices.
